1:1 Running Coach

You’re a female runner who has been training for years but now you are entering your next season of life. But you still want to run a faster half marathon and marathon.

You are non-stop all day working hard, shuttling kids here and there, supporting your partner and helping with aging parents. But running is your thing - it is your happy place and you love it. But you are running out of time to train the way you think you are supposed to. Strategic & supportive run coaching helps you find that balance of life and training without asking you to do more but helps you go into this next season of training faster and stronger than before without adding more to your plate.

1:1 Run Coaching is for you if you're ready to run faster and feel stronger but also…

  • If you are following the "ideal" marathon/half marathon training plan but keep ending up injured

  • If you are trying to run and do strength training but the strength training keeps getting pushed to the back burner because you just don't have time.

  • Signing up for a race is motivating. Staying consistent is the hard part. Life doesn’t pause for training plans—kids get sick, schedules fill up, work gets demanding. When training gets interrupted, many runners aren’t sure what to do next: make up missed runs, or adjust and keep going.

  • If you get through a majority of every training season but then as the mileage starts to increase you end up injured every single time. Making it so you are hoping to finish your race never mind any of those goals you set for yourself when you first signed up.

  • When you are starting to wonder if your fastest and strongest running days are behind you. You would love to get faster and feel proud of your race finishes. But most of the time you are battling just to finish and you wonder why you keep having these dreams.

1:1 run coaching will provide you with workouts that support your goals without adding to your stress load, helping prevent burnout and injury.

Receive the accountability you need

Accountability that keeps you moving forward

Most people don’t struggle because they lack effort—they struggle because they don’t have the right support to stay consistent and committed. That’s where coaching makes the difference.

Every coaching program I offer includes built-in accountability: regular check-ins, feedback, and guidance tailored to your goals. Whether you’re working toward better health, improved strength, or race-day success, you’ll always have a coach in your corner making sure you don’t fall off track.

Because accountability isn’t optional if you want lasting results.

Testimonials and Race Reports

I met Coach Kristina in 2022. I was training for the Philadelphia Marathon, but my volume was low due to repeated illness. When we connected, I was 10 weeks away from the marathon and had  NO idea how to get back on track. She designed a plan that got me back on track. Despite the low training volume, I finished Philadelphia. 5 months later, I ran the Boston Marathon and I got a 13 minute Personal Best record. This past October, I went on to complete the Chicago Marathon. ALL of it was because of the training plans that Coach has. When we first met, she said that she feels like marathon runners over train. She believes that you don't have to run a billion miles per week in order to be ready for the 26.2 as long as you strength and cross train. Honestly, I thought it sounded a bit ludicrous, but Boston more than proved that her method works. Beyond the actual methodology and training plans, what I especially love is that you are more than just a client. She genuinely cares. She checks in, she responds quickly when I have questions and even offers emotional support when I feel like I just can't reach my goal. I really feel truly blessed to have found her and would 100 percent recommend her and her training to both beginner and seasoned athletes!

"I always wished I could be a runner. With Kristina's guidance, training plan and motivation, I can say I am now a runner and love it."
