Our Mission

KB Healthy and Fit LLC provides a science and experienced-based training for endurance runners of all abilities. Although KB Healthy and Fit primarily focuses on new runners, those with a history of injuries (from either over training or training schedules not tailored to the individual) and late bloomers are also welcome. We use online delivery of training plans and to check-in on progress.

As your coach, Kristina understands how difficult it can be to start running and not have it come naturally. In fact, when she first began to run in high school, she truly hated it. She believes with the right training plan and support, anyone can become a successful runner and learn to love it. Coach Kristina is also no stranger to injuries. But this has helped her become a better coach by understanding that not everyone can train at the same level. Combined with her background in Sports Medicine, Kristina is able to create training plans that fit everyone's needs.
